The website
The TOG & TOG website presents materials, collections, projects and services, and helps you get in touch with us. By using it, you accept these terms.
Information and offers
Information, images and product features are provided for information only. They may differ from the actual product (for example in colour, because of screen differences) and may change without notice. The presentation of a product is not a binding offer. Prices, availability and terms are agreed in writing through a quote or order confirmation from TOG & TOG.
Purchases
Retail purchases through the site are not currently available. Quote requests and cooperation with professionals and projects are handled by contacting us, and are governed by the relevant quote or agreement.
Professionals area
Access is for professionals and is approved by TOG & TOG. You are responsible for keeping your passwords secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse.
Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, images, design, logos) belongs to TOG & TOG or to the brands and creators we represent, and is protected by law. Copying or reusing it without written permission is not allowed. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Misuse of the site is not allowed: automated bulk extraction of content, attempts to breach its security, or submitting false information.
Limitation of liability
We try to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. This does not limit rights that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights as a consumer.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to other websites (for example Google Maps). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights consumers have by law.
